A carbide coating for calender and press rolls that lengthens the intervals between grindings.
TecnoDiamond is a coating applied at the customer’s premises and in cooperation with them, providing considerable savings in transport and total costs. You grind and polish the roll yourself and we apply the coating at your premises.
Benefits
Our HVAF method of thermal spraying produces a denser and more wear resistant coating that further prolongs the intervals between grindings. TecnoDiamond coating is corrosion free. It gives your rolls a mirror surface.
