The TOP 30 companies were selected from 180 companies participating in the Kasvupolku® growth programme. According to Kasvu Open, the selection was based on assessments of market potential, growth capability, team and track record, together with jury votes and participation throughout the process.

Being selected among the TOP 30 is an important recognition of PR Rolls' growth journey and our ambition to expand our industrial service and surface engineering solutions internationally.

The next stage of the competition will see the TOP 30 narrowed down to ten finalists on 15 October 2026. The finalists will take the stage at the Kasvu Open Karnevaali in Jyväskylä on 28 October 2026, where the Growth Company of the Year will be selected.

We are excited to continue the journey – and proud to represent Pyhäjoki and Finnish industrial expertise among this year's TOP 30 growth companies.
