Spreader Rolls with Steel Shells
PR Rolls manufactures fixed bowed and adjustable bowed spreader rolls with steel shells for different positions.
PR Rolls spreader rolls are equipped with a new lowfriction, energy-saving sealing solution and our own easily rotating EasyRun coupling construction. These guarantee better sealing and increase moisture and heat resistance.
PR Rolls guarantees the best results by choosing the bearing type that rotates most easily and the lubrication solution that is most suitable for each operating condition. Bearings are lubricated permanently and, if needed, equipped with the REL system for future lubrication.
The rolls can also be equipped with ceramic or coated groove ball bearings.
